What Motivates You?

Challenging moments have the potential to completely transform any situation, and the decisions each of us make at those times define our lives. Right now I am putting everything on the line to follow my dreams. It’s exciting and terrifying all at the same time, and when I look back I want to be able to say I wasn’t afraid to step out on the ledge and really live life to the fullest.

It’s not easy when you come to those pivotal moments in life; it takes motivation, courage, and vision to follow your dreams. Never limit yourself and always go after your dreams. Don’t let anyone or anything get in your way; it’s time to step out and do those things that are in your heart. Remember that when life is hard, it only makes us stronger.

I LOVE what I do, which is helping people have fun and stay fit, mainly through Dance but also in a variety of other disciplines, and I want to share my passion for good health and life with as many people as possible.

I’m fortunate to be able to do this through the classes that I teach, Qignition, FitnessGlo, Reebok and a few surprises that I can announce shortly, especially if you’re a member of a very specific large organization (shhh!).
