    I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE. The Dancinerate DVD! I can’t possibly say enough good things about it. I try to start my day off with it & it makes me feel happy and energized for the day. It’s a great workout but at the same time so much fun that you don’t even feel like you are! Ilyse you are a beautiful soul and your personality just pops off the screen. Can’t wait to come take the class live.

    I love your DVD. It’s such a positive mood elevator. It makes me use my brain to remember the moves, as well as my body. This keeps me young and sexy……OK, not so young….but still sexy.

    This is one of the best DVD’s on the market! Ilyse’s energy is contagious and her choreography is OUTSTANDING! It’s a fantastic work out to do on your own or a wonderful resource for instructors. I just love it! You Rock Ilyse!

    Let me just put it out there – the dirty little secret most women won’t admit…I HATE to exercise!!! – but I do – 5-6 days per week. Why? because I’ll feel better later. Peri-menopause is NOT going to pack any pounds on me! Besides, I’ve always exercised – great stress buster, and living in Philly, it takes the guilt out of eating a cheese steak on the weekend! I discovered Ilyse’s DVD’s last Fall, and I believe I’m Broadway bound! Don’t be intimidated by the choreography – you’ll get it. I’ll admit that it helped me to have a dance background (when dinosaurs roamed the Earth!), but don’t look at it as ‘difficult,’ it’s challenging, and you’ll love her later! Ilyse’s upbeat personality is contagious, and she doesn’t make me “mute” the TV like so many other instructors! I’ve got my “Fosse” hips down, and I’m working on my “swag.” Yes, I purchased a sleeveless hoodie, and I’m feeling fierce. Get this DVD and her second “Dancinerate” DVD – you’ll love me later!
